Workshop

From idea to pilot: a hands-on workshop

Bring something you want to try. You leave with a one-page plan, a first step, and people who have agreed to help with it.

When
Where
Community room, Melbourne — address sent on registration

This is an example entry — replace before launch.

You do not need a finished idea. You need a problem you keep noticing.

Over about three hours we work through it together: what the problem actually is, who else is already doing something about it, what the smallest version you could run next month looks like, and what would tell you whether it worked.

What to bring

Nothing except the thing you have been thinking about. Tea and food provided.

What you leave with

  • A one-page plan in your own words
  • A first step with a date on it
  • The names of people in the room who offered to help

The template and slides are sent out afterwards, so nothing here is only available to people who could make it on the day.
